Due date was August 18, however.. taking after the father the baby is very stubborn. Being that my girlfriend is a petite 4'7" the baby eventually grew too large for its head to fit into the pelvic bone.

Tomorrow at 5pm EST my girlfriend will be having a Caesarean Section and the child will be delivered.

At the current time based on educated guesses the oby/gyn believes that the baby is a whopping 9lbs 2oz.

Although it is only based on ultrasounds the sex appears to be male.

So tomorrow I will be a daddy :D

Good luck, Dareb. I hope everything goes allright for you and your soon to be new family.
4'7? Wow, she's pretty short. lol, anyway, good luck with your son and a start of a new life :). Just don't be a bad influence ;).

Congratulations! Just remember, if 1 is too much of a mess for you then try to imagine having 6 kids with another one on the way. Hehe, I just found out that the girl I'v been moving on for a week now is in a family of 6, meaning its going to be hard to meet her parents with all the family around, not to mention, she is the oldest.

Congatulations Dareb, I am happy for you and your family. I cannot wait until I settle down with a family of my own someday, but I'm not rushing it. I hope everything goes perfectly with the C-Section. Your child is gonna be huge though, I was only 7lbs...

Good luck, and do your best to be a good daddy. It must be tough for you to finally have something to put ahead of yourself in priorities... It must be difficult. =)

Congratulations, Dareb. :-)

I know not else what to say... so I say this: Name him "Dracon Leet (your last name here)". No... wait... don't. I wouldn't wish another 'Dracon' upon anyone :-/
