Those are the options of allowing access to my ports of a fire wall. But I am having problems figureing out what to configure it to so I would be able to host on a certain number through dream seeker.. Anyone know?

Just fill in the port range, and leave the rest at their defaults. For example: Put "3000" in the "From" box, and "3050" in the "To" box. Then you can host on any ports from 3000 to 3050.
