It is cable. My brother was probobly downloading...erm....some things he wasn't supposed to be downloading.....and I'm not talking about music files...

I couldn't see the image, as it said it did not exist on your account.

If you are looking for a purely-image host, try VillagePhotos for more reliability than GeoCities.

I personally don't like GeoCities, myself, but it is good to start out with because of its easy to use interfaces.

Here are a few other hosts I recommend:

http://www.0catch.com/
http://www.1asphost/
http://www.freewebs.com/

I hope you get your site up and running! :)

Hey, don't forget Photoshop as well!

I love its JPEG exporter as you can sometimes yank down the quality with very little to no visable difference in quality, and still get a small file size. ^_^

Some things:
I will be running my site on apache, not Geocities.
It should be up very shortly.
I used geocities because, for some strange reason, easypichost is blocked on my friends computer.
To view the file, untill I get a better link, you have to copy and paste the link into the address bar.

thats nothing to be disgraced about...o.o anyway...its just the fact that you seem non-intrested in my hosting airjoe? ...do you have a problem that you could speak to me about?

I have no problem. However, I do hosting myself, and when I get my new computer, which comes with a 120GB HD, I will also be offering web pages as well. Nothing like competition =). Keeps the consumer happy!

2.not if it is compressed right. Thats one reason i like PSP so much, it has a good exporter.

I've heard in the past of a lossless, totally uncompressed JPEG subformat, but otherwise there will always be some artifacting around solid colors. The format was never meant to handle artificial images like screen shots; it's meant for photos.

competition is for the weak, only one is better. besides, alot of people know me...i get my whole town to host on my server from time to time, AND i reach to the gaming, roleplaying and anime fans. ....nice competition isnt it? ^^;

The more people you have, the slower it is "^^;". Lets see your upload speed? Your RAM? You computer type? You Windows OS. FTP access? Cost?
