I remember the day I learnt to use arrays... I was like, yay! Now I don't have to take a whole page to define 50+ variables that are used for the same purpose! It reduced my QBasic Mastermind game from 20 pages of mostly redundant code to about 2 pages of mostly useful code. =D

A hard drive was never considered ROM...ROM stands for "Read Only Memory", and of course a hard drive would not be read only at any point in history.

Heh they may have never been hard drives but the title ROM starts getting misleading when you get into stuff like EEPROM :). Good 'ol electronicly erasable programmable read only memory. Despite the fact that you can erase it and rewrite it they still attach that ROM to the end.
