See that little text box at the top right of the website? Type in something like 'firewall port open' and click Search. Do not bump your post after an hour ever again. Ever.

Please keep in mind that the forums are not an instant messaging system, people could take hours if not days before responding to any one person's posts. This is why we have a "no bump in less that 24 hours" rule (amoung other common guidlines).
Most likely everything you need to know about opening up a port in your firewall is included with your firewalls instructions, manual, or help file. Since there are so many different firewalls out there, asking us for help won't mean much if we do not know what it is you are using for a product. I suggest you try your programs manuals and help files first- usually there is everything you need right there. | |
