It isn't exactly New Years yet in New Mexico but what the heck. But I'm dissapointed the banner wasn't changed. Now lets all get drunk. It is a great way to start 2004.

Maybe you don't, but to other people 2004 is a big change. It would of been better if you would of just said you don't care.
