Just something I wrote up tonight, can you guys give me your opinions? (now preferably, as I wont be able to leave that up for more than an hour or two)

well. not great, but not horrible. Cut out the middle part, and re-arrange some chords, also sounds like you hit some half-frets, little practice will cut those right out, also tempo changes constantly, once again a little practice will solve that, try tapping your foot to a steady beat.

Anyway, a little upbeat for me.

About the middle part, liked it, but did not belong with the start and finish, if it were to evolve into something else on it's own, it might be kind of cool.

Eek, I expected as much. Thanks for the comments, I didn't really practice that much before I recorded it, I just wanted a few opinions. The chords go together, I made sure of it, theyre the first 3 chords in G, and then the part thats a bit higher is c and d chords.
