cable? and i need your windows. if its xp goto cpanel>network and internet connections>network connections>local area connection>properties>advanced then uncheck the firewall box. but if you dont have xp or cable i have no clue ;D

I already did that but Verizon say the Firewall is some NAT thing :(

Well, if you have a physical firewall/router box in your house(other than your cable modem) try and find out what model it is and tell us that. If you don't, the firewall you're behind is likely Verizon's firewall, and there's pretty much nothing you can do about that.
