Its a 5-string cherry red bass guitar(or black, only two colors available). I bought one from a pawn shop awhile back and I'm trying to figure out how people like them, I've searched google a good bit and all I can find is the homepage of the manufacturer, which says discouragingly little about this instrument. I've just about given up on finding someone else that owns one, if anyone has one, has seen one, can find one, anything, information on it would be appreciated.

i have heard of one- back in the old days when i used to play in a band (guitar mostly), my best friend and bass player (the great Brent Anthonisen) would hit the music shops around Atlanta on a monthly basis when we could, to check out the latest equipment (we're talking late 80's-early 90's). And I do recall seeing a black Kona Bass in a shop. I'll send Brent an email tonight to see what he can find out- he's pretty good at keeping up with Bass vendors.
