Ok i have two computers and one internet doesnt work so i dowloaded mozilla(a broswer liek internet explorer) to a disk and gave it to my other comp.But i do not know how to set byond to use the mozilla browser to connect to the internet instead of the Microsft Internet Explorer.Does neone have an idea how ? or even if its possible?

BYOND is built to use IE. It's not possible to use a different browser within DS.

well, if the internet doesn't work on the other computer, then putting a browser on it won't help you much. :p better off focusing on getting your net connection to work first.

Usually double-clicking on the Mozilla icon works! :p Then you might get a pop up that says something like "Mozilla is not your default browser- Would you like to make it so?" which you would answer appropriately. Of course, if you don't have a net connection in the first place, this is all moot.

And who is neone? Is that like a new color like neon? Maybe that's neon-lite?

Yes, it does. Unfortunately there's not much in the way of alternatives, unless someone wants to build a control that can be used like IE's but interfaces with any known browser (or at least any browser that supports it).
