Methinks this zenni debate is somewhat pointless, seeing as the policy (as far as I know) is to not allow charging for ANY fan game. Whether it be based on DBZ, Dragon Warrior, Megaman, or anything else.
But if it's just some generic currency with no relation to its other uses other than being a currency I don't see what the problem is unless it is indeed unique to a specific company/copyright holder. If I use gold pieces as a currency does that mean I'm using copyrighted material since AD&D uses gold pieces :P?
The only entry you have right now that's active is Super smash [sic] Brothers Extreme. If that's the one you're referring to, the problem is as Yota suggested: It will only appear in Unpublished until it's accepted to a public channel.
Your only other hub entries violated hub policy. One you've been told about before: giant files. Honestly I'm a bit surprised you made another such entry, inasmuch as we had previously discussed on the forums that Dantom's space is not unlimited and you were no longer to do this. If you want to offer a large icon pack, you'll have to find your own Web host who's willing to give you that much space and deal with the bandwidth issues involved. (And remember, you can't charge for fan icons like DBZ, Pokemon, etc. no matter what.)
The other entry was a game, which I'm guessing is the one you're referring to. It violated policy by charging for a fan game. In this case, you were offering houses in exchange for "donations". If this was an ordinary building game that'd be fine, but based on the rest of its description it's clearly out of the Dragonball universe, which means it isn't allowed to make you money.
