When I hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete this window comes up asking me what files I would like to end, But now it seems there are tabs missing even the x that is supposed to be in the corner, I cannot close it easily nor do I have options to close any other programs on other tabs. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it, or anyone I should contact to get help on this?

I use Windows XP.
