Excuse me, while I speak like a n00b:
OMG!!!!!1111!!!one!!11

Thank you.

But anyways, we could be looking at the true sequel (gah, not Majora's Mask. Good, but no true sequel.) to one of the greatest games ever made...the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Yea it looks really really good....to bad its not on PS2...or is it?/

Gah, Night. Zelda is Nintendo exclusive =D
There is something wrong with the head on the Link model. I can't put my finger on it, but it's definantly there. I think maybe the nose doesn't have enough definition in any of the shots or something.

Anyway, I hope they do something really cool with this game (here's hoping for a Zelda trilogy to be released =P).

Which is a good thing. I would hate to see how it would be screwed up if it went to Playstation.

haha yea i knew thatt >.> just like Mario....
What about the wind waker! thats a great game! And by the way, Ocarina of Time isnt the best zelda game to date. The legend of zelda: a link to the past is!

Edit: Just watched the trailer and WOW! that looks sweet!!

Actully, you could get a cheap port/pirate/rip of Zelda 64 for Playstation. It wasn't too bad, but is a pirated version of a game ever good?

Anyways, 1 or 2 of my friends, including myself have it, bought it back in the day when Ebay didn't care what was being sold on it's auction site. Thats the only reason why we used it, now they are cracking down. =(

Zelda will always be an all time classic, but its true boundry breaking game was Zelda 64. Other then that, aside from Wind Waker, the rest were crap. >=(

I hope this picks up the slack in nintendo games.
It seems like each time they release the first zelda game for a platform, it is the best game on that platform. I think the original zelda was the best nintendo game, a link to the past was the best nes game, ocarina of time was the best N64 game, but then windwaker was just ok, hopefully this game will be the comeback. i still think ocarina of time is one of the best games ever, on any platform.

Most of the zelda sequels sucked, the one on nintendo i dunno what its called but it was bad, and majoras mask had about 6 hours of play in it unless you went and found ALL the masks, which was boring/impossible with out a help guide.

Ne way this new one looks sweet, glad the old graphic style is back.

I dont see why people dont like the cell shading, I thought the new graphics gave the game a colorful, bright prespective that gave the game a very nice atmosphere.

Not every game needs dark or depressing graphics.

Hell one of the main reasons why I bought Mario Sunshine was because of the colors. And the reason why I bought my GameCube before the PS2 was also, once again becuase of the sunnier, brighter look of the games, compaired to most PS2 games... At that current time anyways.

#1 Game:Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

ALWAYS the #1 game I've ever played in my life. It was pretty hard, but I loved it. This game shall hopefully overcome Ocarina of Time.

Mr. Shades. Slack? Slack? There is a fine line between slack of games and games that take forever to make and are very good quality. Look at Zelda Wind Waker! almost a 3-4 year planing, took a while, and turned out to be great!
Slack......hah. Slack you be if they made a game in 1 year and it was about as easy as pacman..

Let me guess, Mario 3 on NES is crap as well?

You know you'd prefer Zelda if she wore a tank top 90% of the time.

Yep. Needs to be "realistic" and "mature". (Needs blood, and lots of it!)

Not only that but if you look at the previous Zelda games(for NES and SNES) they intended to have cartoonish graphics and feel. Then there's the cool fact that cell shading eliminates just about every visual artifact caused in 3D games makes everything look nice an clean.

The problem with Wind Waker is that it takes too long before you have any freedom in where you go. The biggest problem with Ocarina of Time was that it had a big uninteresting field which served absolutly no purpose except to make you spend a lot of time running across it or using the horse which was absolutly boring. Then in Wind Waker they repeat the same stupid mistake and make it even worse by having a large uninteresting ocean. The thing that made Zelda: A Link to the Past an awsome game was the fact that right after the first dungeon you have a failry large and detailed world to explore with little secrets and puzzles everywhere to look for. So if you were stuck on a dungeon or didn't feel like dungeon crawling there was plenty of little things to do and find.

Hell one of the main reasons why I bought Mario Sunshine was because of the colors. And the reason why I bought my GameCube before the PS2 was also, once again becuase of the sunnier, brighter look of the games, compaired to most PS2 games... At that current time anyways.

Meh why do graphics matter all that much :P? Shouldn't it be more important that the games themselves are fun not the art style?
