Freedom Force

I think I remember somebody here saying they played Freedom Force...

Anyway, my brother and I are trying to play a multiplayer game of it, but when we host, the game doesn't show up under 'sessions' (even when we press 'browse LAN'), and it just switches to the 'sessions' tab when we try to enter the address manually. Anybody else have this problem?

Also, the network it working fine. We just tried to play UT2K3, and it worked.

I have the Freedom Force CD, but it won't work. The whole game gets extremely messed up. I mean, like, we cant do ANYTHING. I think it has to do with the FPS, dunno what's wrong. Sucks though.

I do! I do! And I think Deadron has played it, too. Unless that was someone else. In any case, goooood game. =)

I have no idea what's causing your problem; I've never tried playing it multiplayer, and I don't have it installed now so I can't. Sorry!

Don't know anything about the multiplayer but yes I'm a fan and looking forward to the sequel.

Amazingly, the MMOG City of Heroes is equally good as a superhero game.

I agree, it's a very good game. I picked it up for less than $7 at the local EB Games.

Anyway, do either of you toy with making modifications? I'm currently making one, but I'm in need of some help.

I've created a power via FFEdit, but I can't figure out how to change the description of it. When I select it in the right click menu (in game), it just says "ATTACK_DESC" where it is supposed to show the description (where ATTACK is the name of the attack).
