The last three digits are probably some form of build count to differentiate between the beta versions of 339.

The last three numbers represent versions before 4.0.

IE: 339.990 would be 1 version from 4.0, i think.

Surel 399.999 would be the version before 4? 339.990 + 1 != 400.000

Er... no, Karasu. You're completely wrong. =P

The first number is the version number. The second one is the build number. You can ignore the latter for most purposes.
