Im having trouble setting up my forums because i cant find the host server its running on or the port i need to connect to it, im trying to install MercuryBoard if that helps at all.
Does anyone know how to find them?

That information should be available in the data given to you by the people who are hosting the site for you. Best bet is to contact them directly if you do not have this info (may even want to check their home site for an FAQ on that subject too).
