Just wondering were pepole are going this summer Im not going anywhere so I thought I should ask you guys??????

not sure yet. i was planning a trip home to Colorado (from Germany), but most likely I will do another bike trip to England (~600 miles / 1,000 km), *or* attend the upcoming euroBYOND meeting that Alathon, Splattergnome, Maz and myself are trying to organize for August. So that means I'll probably bike from Germany to Denmark most likely.

probably not, alot of people have tried (and failed) to organize an ameraBYOND meeting/camp/anything else Ive forgotten to mention, although I would be interested in something like that, the problem is, the BYONDers in the USA are spread far and wide, and no one would agree on a good meeting place, for some, it might be some city in Nebraska, others might want to meet in Arizona etc... Me? Personally, i think all the BYOND users in a state should just agree on a mid-point for there state and meet there, although there is only one other up here in Washington, and even then, a good mid-pont might end up being in the middle of the cascades, so good luck to all of you that would try something like this, although, <sarcasm>all and all, a nationwide BYOND meeting, is going to happen, oh yeah, and there isnt a gigantic flagpole down the street</sarcasm>.

You would be surprised at how many more BYONDers there are up in Washington then you choose to believe. I only know of 5 from Texas, but there are plenty more. Especially with such a huge user base.

The majority of BYOND users that I got to know live in NY, and that is a good deal of them, including myself. So, if there was to be a meeting, NY would be a good place.
