Of course there COULD be a cure to everything! All you have to do is clone a nice healthy body and get your brain transplanted into it. If you've got a neural disorder it's a little more tricky though, perhaps some kind of molecular scanner than can copy a brain into a new body, removing the broken parts in the process. :P
