That game looks great. Now you can go wherever you want, or stick to the story line. Plus who doesn't like the feeling of falling when you're swinging? It has to be one of the best movie to game transitions...ever.

Normally, movie-to-game conversions really blow chunks. I mean, look at "Superman" for the Nintendo 64, heck, it'd have to be one of the lamest, if not the lamest game I've ever played.
Another good example of my theory is "Enter the Matrix". Whilst it wasn't a horrible game, it was terribly over-rated, and when I first played it, I ... infact really got the hang of it and started to enjoy its qualities. Then after a few hours of repeative killing and going bullet-time on my enemies, I just gave up and decided to play something more exciting. I'm expecting the combat for this game to be similiar towards both games. Blows chunks in gameplay, and in over-all dynamics, however, my conclusion may change when I actually play the game, instead of basing my ideal preferences for this game off of previous ones I've played. We'll just have to see on this one, who knows, it could be actually the first GOOD movie game. |

Well it's fun while the story lasts. Once you beat the story, all you have left to do are repetitive civilian quests, swinging, and side missions (Pizza delivery, Mary Jane meetings). It's a game worth a rent. I beat it in 8 hours then got tired of it. Not worth $50.

I got it for christmas '02 (I think that's right...not this past christmas, the one before it) and I still can't beat the airport level with the helicopter! I have the AR (action replay) disk, but it doesn't work for anything :-\ |

Then once you take them out, give the helicopter hell. He isn't that tough of a boss to beat. |
I see what u mean sariat, the only downside is that its too short..The game is so good thats you'll be playing it non stop letting you beat it in a couple of days..After that, there are only a few things to do like the poster b4 me said, forgot name....

If you don't beat Enter the Matrix in under 4 hours the first time through, you have problems. I'll give you two hours to play through with the other character.

I beat it in more like 5 hours, that was with having to play the Doc Oc stages over about 10 times each to figure out how to win.
It was a simple game, but I found the swing physics to be very good, I always like grabbing onto the helicopter and going for a ride. Also, tree swinging was fast and fun, but I found it a little hard to control, but I suppose that was the point. Also fun was to climb the tallest building, got to the top, and jump off, let yourself fall untill you almost hit the ground, then web zipping over to a building and sticking on. |
