Any further games trying to mimic the actual game that isn't under me is considered ripping, that includes all code done by me. If the admins would like a copy of the code please post in this thread and I will deliver it to you.
Icons by Asguard may be used however they wish to. However, several graphics are done by seperate people, and me.

Vakir can't do this, because he's signed the game over to me, full ownership. Just like the Dracon -> RaeKwon. I'm not going to bring the argument to the BYOND forums, I'm just going to post the facts. A log of Vakir in the game, and a quote from the game, that many people who were in there, can agree to me on is:

I seen this whole thing, and I have been following DBO scence the beginning,a year or so ago , Vakir is in the wrong here, trying to shut down, after he quit, and said Rainer could lead and he was leaving. So the DBO team made a few new ideas to MAYBE put in the new game, and Vakir ditten like them, so he decided to try and come back and shut it down, its stupid really, Vakir shouldent have any say in this matter, we know he worked on this game, and he is done now he should accecpt that fact instead of going on and on about how everyone makes nothing of his work.

You should honestly be more worried about the multitude of people you're going to let down by this huge misunderstanding, its petty really. I can understand where you are mad, but you're hurting alot more than just your development team here by saying "It's over".

Despite what has been said before, Vakir chose another person to lead DBO's production so it still will be continued off. Though I sense something else may happen *shrugs* I have other projects to work on
