(13:45:14) Could not add the buddy xxxxxx for an unknown reason. The most common reason for this is that you have the maximum number of allowed buddies in your buddy list.

And how much is that?

It's 200 I think because I have 200 and It won't add more
AIM and AOL are definately "Super fruity". I say, ditch it and get MSN messenger. I don't know if it has a limit, but it's better than supporting AOL :P

Also, where on earth do you get 200 contacts from?! Through about over 4 years of using AIM, I have about 20 contacts... 3 in which I talk to, and only 2 where I only talk to them on AIM. One of them is that AOL-lover, Stealth 2k XD

I used to be one of them, until AIM started having TALKING ADS! Urrrrrrrrg that irritated me to explosion point. Only good thing about AIM is the direct connection, I say.
In response to Kunark
Well, I mean, I have them...in gAIM :P

I don't run all the clients.

AOL used to have 200 as their max back in the day. I have no idea what the max is now, but I have 262 buddies.

You can remove those ads, in fact I'll dig up a guide and post it here once I get around to it, with edit that is.
