In summary: Ignorance is not a defence against the law.

This is one of the guiding principles of modern law: everyone must familiarise themselves with what is a crime, but naturally common sense plays the biggest part. There is no one out there, for instance, who thinks that killing is right... but there are exceptional people who think that killing is their god-given duty, or who don't even realise they kill, or who kill because it gets them what they want (the worst ones).

I mind the ignorant, selfish, masses who try to put everyone in boxes, and if they don't fit, or if they don't understand the individual, they are shunned, murdered, beaten, cursed, etc.

Of course in your statement you yourself grouped a lot of people and have shunned them.

People are idiots. There is no way around it. Even the founding fathers of united states of america knew this, that's why they set up a republic instead of a pure democracy, because though they treasured freedom, they knew man's social weakness to go with the majority would ultimatly destroy the country.

Well considering the size of the US there is no real way to have a true democracy. In greek times they were able to fit the entire population of their city-state into one building and discuss issues with the entire population of their nation. The size of most nations now are well past the point of this being feasable. However we don't have a republic either but a democratic republic(ie: people vote for people to represent them) so the individual still holds power but not nearly as much as in a true democracy. But the masses still have power since they of course can vote certain people into office that either share their beliefs or that they don't disagree as much with the other guy.

Point in check, people are rude everywhere, only moreso in some places, and less in others. I pity them, and at times I hate them. It is a paradox, to want to help them and yet to be hindered by your anger against them.

Well you've already thrown them in a box and have shunned them so you might want to reword your beliefs or you've just thrown yourself in your own box you hate!

[Edit] And there is no way to word the fact that you hate people who classify other people without classifying people yourself because people who classify people is a classification!

Setting an unlocked car out is in no way provoking a person to steal it. Your not standing off to the side saying "come on, you know you want to, just take it," that would be illegal, and in such cases as police have taken that type of action, they have been punished. The police are not making this person do something they wouldn't do anyway, its no worse than walking by as someone breaks into a car and arresting them.

I just moved from Oregon to Sacramento and feel that the people in Sacramento are much much nicer than I found people to be in Oregon.

They do not only do it with cars.

The Local Shopko in my area will set out electronics or purposly leave cases unlocked and see if anyone will bother to steal it.

Their main cameras are nothing but fakes, the real ones are set insdie shoes on display, in fake power outlets and even some of the cameras on display are actully their own cameras watching out.

One time I was in there, and saw a opened case, with a GBA SP and a pack of batteries just sitting there. I admit I was almost inclidned to steal the damn thing, I wanted to. But I didn't.

1. Because stealing is wrong. Im very moral
2. It was a set up, any jerk could see that

So I left the damn thing alone. But my friend who works in loose pervetion service at the Shopko tells me they bust around 5 people daily with tatics like that.

It may seem unfair to leave such great stuff laying out, for the soul purpose to catch them in the act. But Shopko also gives them ample time to rethink their decisions. They dont even talk to the person until they leave the store.

And Im glad they caught all those people who did steal those things, like others said, they are not twisting your arm and telling you to steal things, and if a person like ME can tell the difference between right and wrong, and turn away from a possible very easy theft, anyone should.
