This may sound, very, very odd, but, for some reason, this popped in my head....If you had a newborn baby and spoke jibberish to it your whole life, and never let it leave the outside or the television to hear any English or whatever language the parents speak, do you think it will speak jibberish? Or is it it's human nature to for some reason speak their native language?

If it never came in contact with anyone other then you, I think it would likely not learn to speak a proper language. There might be some nature in the human genes now to catch onto a language, but it would probably be just the ones your caretaker speaks.

i think the fact that something 'popped' in your head in the first place would be more worrisome.

At school we Dicussed how a CHild was Isolated by her Parents for 5 yrs in a room , Never came in contact with anyone but her family when they fed her and gave her drinks. But she was found after the 5 yrs of being in the room and she couldn't even speak. SHe died a few yrs later with some sort of disease.

That's sick and cruel. I could barely even comprehend how someone could do that. I mean like making your kid unintentionally retarded and denying them life is a cruel act and anyone who does it should be smited by the hand of God. =/
