Well the way this works is like when ever you kill an uchiha it has a 2% chance of dropping out of 100.

If the killer decides to take the eye the uchiha that has there eye tooken from them gets wiped.

if ppl try to spawn kill there uchiha u should put up as a ban for killing alt code as auto ban.
