Generally things like this make you sign up with a whole bunch of different offers, then they make you stick with those offers (which usually cost you) for a certain amount of time (60 days, for most), then if you do it perfect you get your gift.

Sounds like another one of those pyramid schemes that were offering free PCs and iPods a while back.

Possibly a legit pyramid scheme, but still a pyramid scheme.

They all are, usually they're legitimate, the conditions are just so crazy you usually don't continue =P.

Actully I dont believe it, the DS, even the pre-orders are so impossible to get at this point, Id bet all my life savings this is a scam.

If you will read through the terms they provide, they clearly state they don't guarantee any delivery of product even if you complete all the terms provided.

Basically, they don't have to give out a single damned DS if they don't want to, whether they can or cant, and I'm guessing they can't.
