Is it just me or is everyone on the forums been a little more how should i put this bluntly.. Rude/Ignorant/Obnoxious/Sarcastic to people since garthor left? Even some of the oldbies seem to have short-patience these days. Has anyone else noticed this?

That's awfully glib. You leave those you slander with two choices... ignore your accusation (and let it pass unchallenged), or argue with it (and seem to confirm it.)

actually i blame this on the christmas spirit "bah hum bug" - and the increase in kids not paying attention to the simplist of guidelines and community common sense. even my patience gets tested, and i was considered one of the more laid-back mods in former times.
easy solution: follow the forum guidelines. heck, reading them is not a bad idea either! :-p then the over-all forum experience is not ruined for everyone. the little blue-bird of happiness has whispered in my ear that changes are on the wind for more definitive guidelines and moderator responsibilites- let's hope they are for the best! | |

Garthor is banned. For repeated and insistent rudeness and obnoxiousness; which is fairly ironic, considering the subject of this thread. =P
Perhaps the collective unconscious mind of BYOND is trying to fill the void, proving that rudeness can never be defeated for long and that throughout all of eternity it will continue to cause untold suffering to countless billions? ...
