Does anyone from byond know how to setup and run their own IRC Server? Just figured i'd ask since ive been looking arround :)

Buy a webserver plz, and make sure you use mirc. (www.mirc.com)

Google up some IRC server software (try searching for IRC server software or IRC daemon). Install, configure, run, enjoy.
That's pretty much all there is to setting up any server... of course if you want it to be permanent you should set it up on a computer that's always on. |

Guy named Justin Ford was messing around with it in the school library, and while he was concentrating on the monitor to draw straight lines, I'd sneak onto the keyboard and hit the delete key, which was the cancel command when you're drawing lines. We do that on our computers in ICT lessons in school.
First up, you press the Escape key when they are logging in, forcing them to type their password and login all over again, then running up to them (while they are doing work) and pressing the off button. |

We just push "sleep" or "Calculator" a dozen times >_> Well I have MS Access running with a database opened in exclusive mode. :P (Access won't let you sleep with a DB open in certain circumstances) I also have a VBScript with an event consumer running that closes any calculator windows that pop up. ^_^ |
