How do you feel when...

How do you feel when your in the middle of making a game? How about when your posting to help someone? Do you get this "Tingling" sensation knowing that your helping someone or that your making a game? Do you get so excited that you forget to sleep? How do YOU feel?

I can..sort of multitask. I can play a game, "Make" a game, and pay attention to my newbie sense, ALL at the same time.
