Alright then on a more serious note, I think most people i know use paint or photoshop. If you're looking for something more specific then I can't really help you.

GIMP is alot like photoshop, and it's free.

You can get one free, with a keygen at http://katz.ws (Recommended using firefox to visit that site)

I own Paint.NET, and like it quite a bit, but it still doesn't neet my needs.

I'll try Photoshop CS2 later. Kthx.
