Fangame donation

I found a BYOND FanGame with a donation button on their website. The links and information is below. There should be a Paypal donation button in the website and this is just plain wrong since he did not create the db/z/gt anime/series himself.

i've noticed a few games like that. I hope somebody sues them or something.
