Ok, not that odd, but this time it was special. I went to the windows site to get some updates(I hate the autoupdating tool by windows because I am afraid it will be exploited) and I noticed they had a mouse driver up as optional, so I decided to add it in with the other 10 updates windows requires(because they are just patching the holes, rather than not having them in the first place). They downloaded, and the mouse driver started to install. Then it asks me if it is ok to install the driver, even though it is not signed(what the heck, I am getting it from microsoft and it is not digitaly signed by them?) so I say it is ok to install it, next thing I know, my computer crashes, and I am seeing my asus MoBo splash screen. Then, I tryed to start windows back up, and it doesn't work! It shows the little windows loading bar, then crashes again. Fortunatly microsoft did do one thing right, they made it so that if it did not load correctly, it could be loaded from the last restore point, and that worked. Still, what type of crap is that. It isnt even safe to update my own computer anymore.
