Yes, as the title clearly states, I'm an avid fan of Blizzard's multi-million dollar universe known as "World of Wacraft". I'm currently playing on a roleplaying server (wow that's a shocker) that goes by the name of "Cenarian Circle". My main character is a 27 seasoned Human Paladin which goes by the name of "Aedrius", he seeks to only deal with righteousness and justice to the demented demons that plague the world of Azeroth daily.

If you play World of Wacraft, let's hear about which server you play on, your character, some adventures you've created ... the whole pie.
I play a level 19 dark elf named "Siddartha", who happens to be a hunter. It's just a normal server, though I've tried PVP as hord and it's sorta cool.
Haven't really adventured yet, but when I reached the great forge in ironforge, i said to the zone "omg... ironforge... im going into the lava, like in terminator 2..." and i walked into the lava ... lol

Get on "Cenarian Circle" server, and I'll set some stuff up for ya. I've got more than the abundancy of gold (last night I had around 20 gold... spent it all on the auctioning house, though... it sure is addicting), and well I've been thinking about setting up my own guild, preferrably to the users of the BYOND community.

So from what I hear gold isn't an abundant commodity in the game. It's not like a game where you have 50 trillion gold and buy a rock with 75 million I'm guessing. How does obtaining gold work?

Gold is very valuable from what i know, 20 gold is a lot. The economy deals with copper, silver and gold (From what i know) and when the game is released here (like 1 day) ill buy it.

yeah gold is worth a lot, but i have seen a lot of it going around plus a lot of level 60's... either its not that hard to get 60 or people are just nuts rl.

Yeah, on Penny-Arcade one of the authors was talking about how was was frantically trying to get 30 gold for a horse or something, when it's reccomended that you start saving before your even near the level needed to be able to buy it.

Level 60 is pretty darn hard to obtain, you see, quests up until level 10 give fairly huge amounts (in relation to the extremely low requirement for the experience needed to level up) of experience, however, around level 16-ish, it becomes substantially hard to gain a level. Especially around my level ... it takes a full day to gain just two levels, and it's only going to get harder.

When I do a "who" search to find in my area, I can barely find one or maybe even two level 60's on my "who" list.

Try a /who 60 :P It depends on the server really, on my server we have like 300 or so level 60's I think. btw I have a level 50 Paladin on Sargeras.
