I have actually seen a cellphone programmed in Python, it looked pretty amazing. You could compile your own programs in it and everything, i want ONE!

A lot of mobile phone games these days are programmed in the mobile edition of Java. There are plenty of useful resources on the subject around the 'net; not least, Sun's own Java website.

Tutorials.. No. Sorry.

As mentioned Java is the main tool these days. But I have actually seen flash used before. It worked great.
