Login() should be at the same indentation level as icon since they're both modifying the /mob node.

What you have:
mob
  icon = 'player.dmi'
    Login()
      loc= locate(/turf/start)
      ..()

What you should have instead:
mob
  icon = 'player.dmi'
  Login()
    loc = locate(/turf/start)
    ..()
