There's not been much more news about 4.0 lately. However, an in-between version (aptly numbered 3.5) is getting released in, um... well, shortly. Nobody knows exactly when. (I'm sure there are people who more-or-less know, but they're not telling.)

Needless to say, 3.5 won't have everything 4.0 is promised to have. What it will feature is a detached pager (that is, the pager will be separate from Dream Seeker) and much more advanced auditory abilities (thanks to the fmod library - click the link... read the feature set... salivate).

There will be other features, I'm sure, but none of them have been mentioned in public.
