I just got home from seeing it (I got sneek preview passes) and it was good, but could have been better. It is worth the 5-10 bucks to go see. You will like it a lot more if you didn't read the books. They drop some things that I find very important to the story, and it bothers me.
Ok, so go out and see it in three days.

Was the Guide entry on towels in it?

That's really disappointing. From what reviews i've read, most of my favorite parts are shortend or just gone.
I'll probably still enjoy the movie, but probably not as much as i'd like to. |
I'll watch the movie, then read the book (Yes, I havn't read it yet, even though it's literally sitting on my bookshelf in front of me.) and hopefully that'd work out better.

I would love too. I mean, I wouldn't watch it straight, but I wouldn't mind it being turned into 30 minutes each (or even just one long movie) and watching it that way either.

The radio show (Which came before the book, for all the uninformed people) fit the first book perfectly into 2 hours.
