Fan Game thingsfor money? need to pay back?

I was wondering, if i paid a fan game real money for a Guild house, would i be in the wrong since im giving fan game money? so would i have to get paid back and they take away my house?

Yeah, that wouldn't be allowed. On the flip side, though, how will you force him to return the money?

If a fangame is accepting money, it's best to report it to the support section of the hub so it can be checked out.

You cannot gain money from a derivative work. It's immoral and illegal unless the guys who own the original give you the say so, even then you shouldn't be doing it.
