(Maybe some Revolution Rumors..hehe)
Nintendo > All.

Super Smash Brothers Revolution Online at launch will be huge.

I'm looking forward to the revolutionary aspect of Revolution which is obviously the controller. Being able to download old games is great as well.

The cries of lag will be heard worldwide for online SSB. :D But that'd still be fun. If I can get my hands on it when it comes out, I think I'll enjoy playing it online.

As will I, but I hope they don't nerf Kirby anymore, it's hard enough trying to beat people with Kirby in SSB:M!

As will I.

My friend Pmac (some of you may know him, he's a BYONDer) currently holds the world record for Luigi's Home run contest in melee. Well, as far as the gamefaqs boards go anyway.

They nerfed him a lot for Melee. He was insanely good in the original N64 version- his throw was quick, easy to pull off and stupidly good at throwing people.

Kirby, in my opinion, was way over powered in the first one. They toned him down to equal other characters. If you ask me though, Fox is the best character ;D

Roy is. And no, I'm not a fanboy. It's been a proven fact. And, Kirby is no way equal to every other character, he's mostly weaker than every other character except a few!

Shiek is the best characters.
And marth is better than roy.
In response to Airjoe
Airjoe, it's been proven that Roy is the best character. :/ Shiek is right next to him, though.

Shiek seems way too brittle for my tastes. Roy may be stronger than Marth, but he moves a little too clumsily for my tastes. ...then again, my best character is Ganondorf so I suppose I wouldn't be the best judge of that.

Is it just me, or in the original SSB did it seem like all of the "cutesy" characters seem overpowered compared to the others?

Oh yeah, in the original SSB...reflect Ness's PK Thunder twice from something like his bat or Fox's reflector and the game will lock up. You'll run the risk of the game getting glitched to the point of only being able to play Mario in 1-player mode, though.

How has it been proven? how -can- it be proven?

Lists of the character used by winners of various SSB:M tournaments have been collated, and the results statistically examined.

Although it did go Sheik first, followed by Marth. I'm not sure where everyone else fitted. Except that Mr. Game and Watch was at the bottom.

Whether that reflects the relative 'power' of these characters, or whether it just reflects popularity is another matter. And yes, Sheik and Zelda were rated seperately.

Roy is far too slow. Marth has all these ridiculous throw combos he can pull off. And a hell of a lot of infinite throws. But Sheik is combo king. Er... Queen.
