Add the ability to attach a hub entry to the classified ads so that when a user wants to make a post in the classified ads about a hub entry that already exists, it will provide a direction to that hub.
The concept can be seen in Game Updates, just bring it over to classified ads. If the user that posts the classified ads does not want to link a hub entry, keep it as it is. Otherwise, under "Optional summary description" there could be a search bar function that will search through the hub entries. The user could then select the hub entry. If the user has administration over the hub entry, the hub entry will be linked and the post will also be posted in the hub entries forums.
Also, add another section to the hub entries forums. A section strictly for classified ads. Hub forums current have "General", "Bug Reports", and "Feature Requests".

I could probably make the old review system work for this. However I don't anticipate doing major web work for a little while. Can't make any promises as to when/if this would happen, but in theory it's doable.
