I asked what to say to a girl and you guys told me to just let her go and move on well guess what, i didnt listen to you guys lol and i kept going on, she called me up one day and asked if i will go out with her, you know what my answer was :) , so that proves that if you never give up and keep on going then you can acomplish anything you want, you just have to give it time.

McDonalds is a high class place.

Excellent!
Also, another lesson to be learnt is "Never listen to the BYOND community". We don't know anything about getting a girlfriend. Venues: For first dates, you don't want to be too extravagant. Unless that's your thing and you both are loaded upper class kids. But uh, yeah. First date eating a suckling pig isn't a good idea. - The Cinema: Always a good one (hey, if it's cliched, it works!) - buy the tickets and food/drink, if either of you want some. Girls are bought, not earnt. Go to the back row and get in there (this should only be attempted if you judge it to be acceptable)! - Your house: It doesn't cost anything (unless your parents are a bit odd, or you're 40 + and still in the basement), BUT then again, unless you're watching a movie or something it can be a bit drab and sucky. Note: Her house involves meeting her parents. Parents are psychos, and they'll ask you weird questions like "So, is she good?", whilst nudging you and winking pervertedly (I may have made some of that up). - I'm out of ideas. |

Also, take 90% of what I say as non-serious. =/ I don't want to be held responsible for losing your girlfriend.

A forum full of nerds is generally not the place to ask for relationship advice. Unless it's commiserations you're after. ;-P Good luck, Johnny! =) |

heh, If you wanna ask people like us what to do for a girl/boy to like you. You should ask the opposite, and ask what not to do ;)

I'm glad it proves that, as it means I will definately be the first person on Mars; and I will own a supercomputer someday, learn the secrets of the brain to tap into my thoughts... hey, I will even plunder the unknown secrets of science and learn how to be come an immortal robot, or maybe even a creature of pure energy! Good to know I can do anything I want. Why would you ask for more advice? Is it so you can avoid the theater since that was the latest suggestion? As for my suggestion, it is to avoid getting dating advice online. People who do not know you or the girl personally do not know what you two are like, and therefor what would be good for you. Even if you are not good at making decisions, at least you know yourself better. Therefor, my suggestion is to do something that the both of you would find interesting. Try to just have a lot of fun on the first date. |

The movies are always a good place to start, especially on the first few dates, you dont have to interact too much, and it gives each other time to get used to one another. Dont try to cop a feel until like the 3rd date.
Bowling is also a very fun way to go, but when you kick her butt at it, it isnt a good idea to shout "In yo face!" that usually will put her off. |
