Not bad, i'd suggest making the text a brighter color.

Im not going to lie to you, your brushing technique needs work, the text could be better... but you really need to work on your brushing, try these sites chaosgfx.com, lethal-designs.com(try lethal-designz.com if that dont work) and good-tutorials.com those should help you.
