I've been recently working on my system boot speed, I found out these numbers

Shutdown: 5 seconds
Windows Load: 3-4 seconds
MotherBoard Prompt: 13 seconds

I figured by removing the Graphics Card information at start I could skin off 5 seconds. I also reordered the boot priority to increase the speed.

How would I remove the Graphics Card information at startup?
I have no idea what you're talking about, which probably means this belongs in Computers and Technology. Just a tip for next time.

Try msconfig?

Im talking about the motherboard startup, not the Windows startup
You can't, AFAIK. That's a necessary and unavoidable part of the startup process.

Your system already boots faster than mine. You don't really have reason to complain. =P

my solution is better- i just never turn off my comp! :D just need the 5-6 seconds to log in.

running time: 30 days so far (it was 6 months, but had to shutdown for a move to a new apartment in August)

See, my computer is like... A Smurf. You can give them lots and lots of beer, but if the commercials(The computer is off) dont flick on, they get a hangover.(I.E. Cause problems).

It was recently formatted, I went through and turned off alot of stuff in msconfig and in services(Security Risks, Things like fast user switching). Ive been also tweaking things by using this site www.Tweakxp.com its actually farely nice site. I didn't do much but everything I did was farely good to mee.
Yes, but it is initializing while it is showing the information. IMHO, what you said is akin to saying, 'I don't want all this fancy info while my system boots up, I'll just flash the BIOS so my PC goes straight to [insert OS name here] without the BIOS screens'.
