Problem With MS Project 2003

For some reason whenever I start any application on my comp, it trys to install MS Project 2003... I had it installed a while back but got rid of it when its usefullness was over.

Has any one come accross this problem before? And if so does anyone know how to fix it?

the files are still linked to the old open with settings

right click on the file and goto open with
then from the menu "... program"
in the list find what you want to open it
with (if its not there then click browse and find the .exe you want) then click on it so it highlights and check the "alwats use the selected program" box

then hit ok


- This is for XP users if your using a old version of windows
then open a folder click on "tools" >> "Folder options"
then click the File types tab then find it on the list and highlight it

then click the change button.
