Getting money out of a paypal account.....

I ahve no credit card or anything, but I would like to get the money I currently have built up out of my account. However, it says I ahve to have a credit/debit card to do anything involving my money =/ (meaning no Ebay, no withdrawals, no nothing.....)

Get a good friend with a card who trusts you to signt the card to your account. I'm sure there is someone who will help you. Just offer them a few bucks.

You should be able to register a bank account with your PayPal account (it's one way to verify a PayPal account). Then, just transfer the money to that account. Expect a small fee.

Who knows. Its either one of the following:
1. We don't have enough money for there to be a point for use to have an account or
2. They don't trust the bank.

I think its number 1, but its also possibly #2

I had AOL, charged to our phone, but my comp has been acting up (freezing every few seconds mainly) lately so I've just been using the library's.
