Regarding HUB-Bans.

Why can a person who is HUB-banned access some games and not others?

Person A is currently HUB-banned and can use Converse but cannot connect to another game using and IP (not a byond://).

Just curious.

If a game (or chat in this case) turns off client.authenticate, then the hub does not authenticate their key. This is an author-based decision.
