"Kame-hame-ha" = "Turtle Destruction Wave"

Care to link to where you found this out?? >_>

I'm pretty sure the translation for the meaning(as opposed to just the literal word translation) would be something Destruction Wave of the Turtle, considering it was a Roshi move, and he was the Turtle Sensei or some such.

Thats because its creator was Master Roshi, the Turtle
hermit.

But bad/literal translations are so much funnier than proper ones. "All your base" anyone? =)

Someone translated an event written in Korean (for a Korean game (Pristontale)) into English once. I laughed out loud at it. Said we'd need to smack bedsheets to get chairs that you can trade for shiny .. sheets!
Heh, those who came before me have already spoiled the joke by explaining the true meaning of the name, so I won't bother...

A point I'd like to add, though, is that the name reportedly came from Toriyama's wife!
Kamehameha was also a Hawaiian king.
