By the look of it you'd be free to chat like in the old Babble section of this forum, and talk about all sorts of topics that don't fit in here. It'd probably work out a lot better if that PHPBB used Dream Keys. I'd offer to rig it up, but right now my DreamKeyPHPBB mod requires too much work to install. There *should* be a competition posted within a couple of days. Not a large prize however- $10-$25 via paypal.
