Hey, i've been watching stuff lately in Windows Media, and the file types are .ogg, I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get all these files into my now playing list? Usually I start watching stuff when I goto bed, but I have to get up to change the file everytime one is over, so it would be very helpful if anyone could tell me how to do this. Thanks for any help.

http://www.winamp.com -_- Somehow I thought someone would do that, I much prefer WMP, so if possible, does anyone know the answer to my question? I have winamp already, I just don't really like it. |

Lol, .ogg isn't a standard format, so if you can find a converter and change it to .mpeg or .avi that might help. |

Yeah, I know it's not standard. I guess I can do that, although it's troublesome. Thanks.

Well, you said you wanted to use WMP, which isn't even that great (personal opinion).
If you want to use ogg without having to get off your butt then use VideoLanPlayer. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html That will play mpeg, ogg, and dvd files, and many more! |

There is a plug in for it. Google it.

Ungh, I think you may have misread. I have no problem playing .ogg in my WMP, they play fine. I just can't figure out how to get them all into a playlist. And I have Winamp, VLC, and WMP.
Edit: I just want to figure out how to put .ogg into a playlist, thanks for help, but no more links to other players please. Edit 2: Messing around with this I have figured it out, thanks for replies and help. |
