I have a question. There a few things that require that you have an Intel x86 or x64 or whatever, such as an operating system. How am I able to tell what I have?

Right click on 'My Computer' -> Properties

I tried that but it doesn't give me the needed information. I don;t even know if this has to do with CPUs. Maybe it's the motherboard. Maybe it's the chipset.

Everything is x86 now a days(execpt macs, they just recently switched to x86). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X86
