Have you tried deleting it in safe mode? (You can't delete things being used by a process, and nothing but important windows process starts up in safe mode.)

Nope, havnt tried that, I forgot, how do i start windows in safe mode? Using windows XP system = emachine, what key i push upon boot up?

That's a neat little utility, thanks for the link!
Safe mode is usually accessed by holding down or repeatedly F8 when Windows starts to boot up. Check out this page: http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml |
